Nicola Davies
Co Founder & Director
Nicola has worked in the legal industry since graduating from University in 2002 and subsequently completing her CILEx qualifications, for which Nicola is now a graduate member.
Undertaking roles in litigation, commercial & residential property and plot sales before specialising in title investigation from 2012 , where Nicola met Nicola.
Benefiting from both volume and high street fee earning roles, Nicola very much understands the mechanics, challenges and demands of the conveyancing sector.
With a passion for service excellence and innovation Nicola has relished and excelled in pushing the boundaries of the conveyancing industry.
In her spare time, Nicola enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, travelling to new places and like many fellow Welsh people watching Wales win in the rugby- something she hasn’t been able to enjoy quite so much lately
Nicola Ashley
Co Founder & Director
After graduating from Cardiff Law School in 2003, Nicola has been involved in conveyancing, title investigation and management. Throughout this time, Nicola has gained extensive conveyancing knowledge and experience together with management expertise.
With a wealth of operational management experience and unrivalled subject matter expertise, Nicola’s tireless work ethic has been central to the success of ntitle.
In her spare time Nicola enjoys being outdoors for dog walks, skiing, paddling boarding and loves nothing more than a good family holiday.
Rich Davies
Business Director
Rich has specialised in business transformation and programme management for 24 years, 17 of which have been focused in the legal sector. During this time, Rich has delivered business change, IT and strategic implementations and firm wide operational and business improvement initiatives for some of the largest legal firms and service providers in the UK and Europe.
Benefiting from experience in other sectors such as fintech, ecommerce and manufacturing, Rich has amassed a wide range of experiences in service delivery and third party/outsource business models.
In his spare time Rich enjoys family time, going to the gym, watching rugby and unsuccessfully mastering the art of playing golf.
Chris Ashley
Director
Chris has founded and managed various successful businesses since 2005 and has most recently gained a large client base in his role as an independent mortgage advisor. Through his mortgage work, Chris has developed an extensive understanding of the conveyancing process and has a passion for improving the client journey throughout the transaction.
Chris excels in marketing, business administration and client relationship management.
Chris is a keen golfer and will often be found on the golf course. He also enjoys skiing and spending time with friends and family.
